Description We are looking for an experienced HR Director to lead human resources strategy and daily people operations for a full-service hotel in Charlotte, North Carolina. This position serves as a visible partner to property leadership, helping create a workplace culture that supports engagement, accountability, and long-term growth. The role combines strategic guidance with hands-on support across employee relations, talent development, compliance, and manager coaching in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
Responsibilities:
β’ Guide hotel leaders on employee relations matters, helping address performance concerns, workplace conflicts, and other personnel issues with sound judgment and consistency.
β’ Partner closely with the General Manager and operational leaders to align HR practices with business needs and day-to-day hotel activity.
