Drafting relevant Job Descriptions & Posting them on Multiple Job Boards. Sourcing candidates through various portals. Conducting initial phone screening. Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them when they come in for interviews Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews. Building good relations with candidates & maintaining end-to-end follow-ups of candidates. Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process. Requirements: Graduation in any stream is mandatory. Basic computer knowledge. Good communication skills
