About the RoleGirish Chaudhary Associates is seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources professional to manage and oversee all HR functions within the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR administration, policy implementation, employee records management, and ensuring smooth HR operations across the company.
