The role focuses on enhancing employee satisfaction, retention, and organizational commitment through creative communication, events, and engagement campaigns. Proficiency in Canva and PowerPoint (PPT) is essential to design visually engaging materials and presentations that support HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement employee engagement programs , events, and recognition activities aligned with company values.
• Design and deliver presentations, internal communication materials, and engagement campaigns using PowerPoint and Canva
