Prepare HR Recruiting information/benefits packages.

Plan and attend recruiting and HR events.

Being responsible for calculation and payment and administration for personnel staffing.

Setting up and maintaining a proper tracking system for the administration of social insurance and medical insurance.

Ensure that implementation of Company payroll and social health insurance complies with prevailing laws and regulations

Analysing training needs in conjunction with line managers; planning and delivering training, including staff inductions.
