Job Requirements:

• Assist in formulating the annual recruitment plan , developing various recruitment channels, evaluating channel effectiveness, building a recruitment database, and controlling the recruitment cycle
• Supervise and monitor attendance records of foreign workers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Assist in executing organizational structure design and timely adjustments based on the company's strategic development needs
