We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Executive to manage payroll processing, Labour Laws, statutory compliance, grievance handling, employee documentation, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess good communication and interpersonal skills along with practical HR knowledge.
Job Responsibilities:
Process monthly payroll activities accurately and timely.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, and ESIC regulations.
Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and related HR documents.
Coordinate employee onboarding and HR administration activities.
Handle employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Support recruitment and employee engagement activities.
Maintain HR reports and compliance documentation.
