Position Overview

Job Responsibilities:
Review new joiner applications and ensure all documentation is complete before processing
Maintain and update employees’ personal information in theHR system
Monitor staff confirmations and send timely reminders
Prepare HR-related letters (e.g.,Confirmation, Resignation Acceptance, Transfer, Promotion)
Ensure smooth transition of HR information to relevant departments (Training & Operations)
Compile monthly reports from HR databases
Respond to employee queries and provide guidance on HR operations
Assist in day-to-day HR operations and anyad-hoc tasksassigned by your superior
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree inBusiness Studies, Administration, Management, Human Resource Management, or equivalent
Minimum2 years of experiencein HR or related field
Knowledgeable inEmployment Act 1955
