About the role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Senior Executive to support the full spectrum of Human Resources operations. This role is responsible for payroll administration, HR policy implementation, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall HR efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
+ Manage end-to-end payroll administration, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory and company requirements.
+ Review, develop, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation in line with best practices and local labour laws.
+ Support compensation and benefits administration, performance management, and employee relations matters.
+ Lead and coordinate HR projects and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
