• Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions
• Handle and manage recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Conduct orientation program for new employees and coordinate internal/external training.
• Handle staffing issues by providing guidance and counselling, and coordinate the resolution of specific policy‑related and procedural problems and inquiries.
• Develop and implement HR strategy and action plan to improve operational productivity and support organizational growth.
• Perform day‑to‑day administrative duties of the Company to ensure the smooth running of operations, including processing staff claims and verifying staff attendance records to ensure accuracy.
