Position Overview
HR Executive required by an Award-Winning Tailormade Tour Operator. Part Time (3 full days per week). South West London. This new HR Executive position will support the delivery of an outstanding employee experience. Working closely with the Senior People Manager, you will contribute to key people-focussed activities including recruitment, employee relations, learning and development, wellbeing, engagement and the ongoing development of employee practices.
Responsibilities of an HR Executive
Contribute to the continuous development of People policies, procedures and practices, applying current employment legislation and HR best practice with guidance from the Senior People Manager.
Maintain accurate People records and systems, monitor attendance, absence and leave trends, and ensure compliance with data protection requirements.
