Contributes with managers on HR strategies and actions such as identifying current and future talent needs, recruiting diverse talent, and talent development. Advises site management regarding talent matters to drive outcomes that support business goals, including employee engagement, workforce planning, data trends, potential actions, employee policies, and program matters. Assesses management capabilities and business development opportunities. Provides feedback and mentors managers. Guides Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion activities with heads and employees, creating a safe environment for our diverse workforce. Participates as an agile member on site and corporate projects, teams, and process improvement. Upholds Flex Culture and our Ways of Working and Business Expertise.
