Role Overview

Join us as an HR Generalist Analyst SC to be the operational and analytical arm of the HRBP SC Manager, learning to look at the business with a strategic lens while ensuring excellence in the execution of core HR processes for Supply Chain Chile.

What You Will Do

Support the HRBP SC Manager in preparing talent forums, leadership committees, and presentations to the board.

Ensure the monthly closure of SC payroll with 95% accuracy, coordinating with Payroll SoCo and Finance.

Manage tickets in ServiceNow and Workday for the entire SC workforce.
