Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Staffing

• Oversee and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including job posting development, candidate screening, and interview coordination
• Execute comprehensive onboarding and orientation protocols for newly hired personnel
• Administer and maintain applicant tracking systems with meticulous attention to data integrity

2. Employee Relations

• Address and resolve employee grievances and workplace disputes with professionalism and impartiality
• Facilitate conflict resolution processes and administer disciplinary actions in accordance with company policy
