Description
We are looking for an HR Generalist to support a fast-moving hiring and onboarding function for an organization that provides strategic support, training, and other resources to schools. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment and can keep multiple hiring activities organized while delivering a strong candidate and employee experience. The role will work closely with the HR team to coordinate pre-employment steps, support HR administration, and help bring in education-focused professionals who will work directly in classroom settings.
Responsibilities:
β’ Coordinate onboarding activities for newly hired employees, including employment eligibility verification, background screening follow-up, and completion of required hiring documentation.
