We are looking for an HR Generalist who is experienced, compliance-driven, and exceptionally skilled in employee relations to join our HR team in Malaysia as part of our broader APAC HR network. The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting and is excited to manage comprehensive HR operations, lead complex employee relations matters, and ensure full compliance with Malaysian and regional APAC employment regulations.

Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, employee relations practices, and regional APAC compliance frameworks are essential, along with experience in progressive HR generalist roles with a demonstrated track record in dispute resolution, grievance management, and employment litigation.
