Robert Half is excited to partner with a leading Real Estate company in the Buffalo, NY area on their search for an established HR Generalist. This role combine strategic HR expertise with payroll management of a 200+ team in various New York State locations. This is a Direct Hire position with a starting salary of $65,000 - $75,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.


Responsibilities include but not limited to:
+ Serve as the primary HR resource for the organization, providing guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and employment-related matters

+ Process accurate biweekly payroll for approximately 250 employees across multiple entities using Paylocity, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations

+ Administer employee benefits, including new hire enrollments, qualifying life events, open enrollment, and 401(k) administration
