We are looking for a service‑oriented HR Generalist for the School of Arts, Design and Architecture (ARTS) at Aalto University for a permanent position, starting in September 2026. This is a full‑time role.

As part of the school's professional and cheerful HR team you will contribute to supporting the success, enthusiasm, and well‑being of the staff. The role is full‑time and will be based at Aalto University's Otaniemi campus, with the possibility of partial remote work and flexible working hours.
