Description We are looking for an HR Generalist to support a broad range of people operations activities for an organization based in Houston, Texas. This contract-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for someone with at least 5 years of experience who can balance employee support, compliance-minded administration, and day-to-day HR coordination. The role will contribute to onboarding, benefits support, employee relations, and HR systems maintenance while helping ensure accurate and efficient HR processes.
