Our client, a well-established national FMCG company, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist / HR Business Partner to join their Head Office based in Clairwood, Durban.

This opportunity is ideal for a hands‑on HR professional who enjoys partnering with management, supporting operational teams, and driving HR best practices within a fast‑paced manufacturing and production environment.

The successful candidate will be a strong HR generalist with proven experience across the full employee lifecycle, labour relations, compliance, employee engagement, performance management, and HR business partnering.
