Take on a vital HR Generalist role within a reputable manufacturing company. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and HR functions for a team of over 100 employees in this 6-month contract position.
Reporting to VP Operations, this hands-on position encompasses all facets of HR management. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment cycle, implementing effective HR policies, and being a key liaison for employees and management. Additionally, you will support compliance with BC employment legislation and maintain crucial employee records.
Key Responsibilities:
