Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day People functions and employee support.
• Manage full employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance management and offboarding.
• Maintain the HRIS. Complete monthly checks to ensure accurate employee data, contracts and reports are accurate.
• Prepare contracts and arrange equipment, induction and set up for new starters.
• Manage appraisals and support disciplinary processes.
• Handle grievances with HRBP support.
• Implement People policies and support handbook updates.
• Ensure compliance with Pakistan labour laws.
• Manage payroll and benefits administration.
• Support employer branding with Marketing team.
• Coordinate engagement initiatives, events and corporate gifts.
• Coordinate benefits administration.
