Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in the retail sector
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive employee matters
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, including onsite support at retail locations
Schedule: Monday: Office-based reporting and audit prep at Head Office (Sta. Cruz, Manila); Tuesday to Saturday: Onsite audits and fieldwork as scheduled
