What You’ll Do

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.
• Partner with managers to understand hiring needs, create role profiles, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline through LinkedIn, job boards, career fairs, and employee referrals.
• Manage offboarding with professionalism, ensuring smooth transitions.
• Stay up‑to‑date on recruitment trends and the competitive talent landscape.
