We are seeking a dynamic and business‐savvy Human Resources Generalist to join our Global Business Services (GBS) team.
Main Purpose of the Role
Employee Relations
Handle employee relations cases, including investigations, conflict resolution, and performance issues.
Coach managers on handling sensitive situations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Advises on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Lead GBS MX employee onboarding and Buddy programs, continuously improving processes for a seamless employee experience.
Serve as a primary HR contact for employees, resolving inquiries and issues with professionalism and empathy.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Oversee end‐to‐end hiring process for GBS employees.
Partner with GBS hiring managers to define staffing needs.
