**What’s the Job?**

+ Support the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and new hire orientation.
+ Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and accuracy of Workday (HRIS) and bi-weekly payroll. Data integrity, accuracy and confidentiality are critical. Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping as needed.
+ Support administration of employee benefits programs, respond to employee inquiries, and assist with annual open enrollment.
+ Assist with employee relations matters in a diverse workforce including salaried and hourly employees including conflict resolution, investigations, performance management and compensation review.
