Position Overview
The Human Resources Generalist will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, performance management, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. Serve as a liaison between departments to assess organizational needs across talent management, performance management, compensation, career development, and manager capability.
Essential Job Functions
Benefits Administration
+ Handles benefits related questions for employees including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, FSA, dependent care accounts, HSA, short- and long-term disability plans, life insurance, COBRA, 401K, with support from senior HR team members as needed
+ Supports Open Enrollment process for the Company, with oversight from VP, HR and Sr. Manager, HR
+ Handle technical requirements for HRIS
