Position Overview
Elevate HR practices at Redstone Food Group as a Hands-On Human Resources Manager. Oversee recruitment, compliance, and employee relations for four plants across Canada and the U.S.
In this critical role, you will provide HR support for a workforce of about 150 employees while aligning HR initiatives with organizational objectives. The position requires strong communication skills, strategic insight, and the ability to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations affecting the food industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for skilled and unskilled roles
• Conduct workplace investigations and coach supervisors
• Manage confidential HR documentation and policies
• Guide performance reviews and training needs assessment
• Administer payroll changes and employee benefits
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience
