Responsibilities:

• Assist in Performance review process and coordinate with HRBPs
  
• Prepare presentations
  
• Assist in Employee engagement initiatives
  
• Assist in planning and executing Performance Management System for the next year
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business Administration with majors in Human Resources or Marketing
  
• Competent in making presentations using PowerPoint, Canva and other design applications. Video making and expertise in AI skills is a plus
