Reporting to the Corporate HRBP role, you will give support in optimizing the efficiency of the Human Resources function. You will participate in the digital transformation of Human Resources as well as in the design and implementation of new processes for the HR Function of the Group.

Your Major Accountabilities

• Support in analyses and studies on labour matters.
• Ensure accurate employee data entry in the HRIS (SuccessFactors): compensation, personal information, organisational data.
• Participate in audits and data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
