HR IT or Design Recruiter (Full time) and Interns

Salary: P18,000-30,000

Job Context: Work under the HR department, conducting both recruitment in Japan and the Cebu office. If you have good IT and design and analytical skills, we are looking for you.

Qualifications

• With more than 2 years of experience hiring IT ENGINEERS/SOFTWARE DEVELOPERS
• A graduate of B.Sc. in IT, Human Resource Management, or a relevant degree.
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
• Experience doing Job interview more than 200 online or face to face
• Who always keep tracks of anything related to the job (E.g. The content of the interview, the number of applicants, of shortlisted, etc.)
• Data driven
• Welcome Condition: Those who have taken more than a hundred interviews (online or face to face)
• High interpersonal skills
