We are looking for a high energy, accountable HR Leader In country Partnering for the Philippines. The role will lead and empower a team of HR Country Partners (HRCPs) across multiple business segments and legal entities in Philippines including Commercial business and Global Business services with more than 1400 employees and growing, ensuring seamless execution of HR operational strategies that align with business objectives.

You will report to the HR Lead, APAC (In country partnering). The role will supervise In-country HR Partnering team in Philippines.
