Spectrum Care in Auckland seeks a strategic HR leader to coach, develop and lead the HR Advisory team within Spectrum Foundation. You will strengthen HR services, policies and systems to support managers and staff and drive equitable outcomes.

This role reports to the General Manager People and Culture and requires values‑led leadership, practical implementation and the ability to work across unions, leaders and teams to build capability and sustain quality results.
