YOUR MISSION WITH US

• Leading and developing our HR team across two locations (5 employees)
• You ensure professional and legally compliant personnel management throughout Switzerland (including payroll accounting)
• You ensure efficient personnel administration throughout the entire employee lifecycle
• You will further develop our HR strategy and implement it effectively
• You are a sparring partner to the management team on strategic and operational HR topics
• You manage HR controlling, key performance indicators, reporting, and budget processes
• You lead HR projects and successfully advance them together with internal and external partners
• You will systematically develop our HR processes, systems, and management tools
