Responsibilities –

Candidate will support the recruiting and onboarding team among other admin duties related to the onboarding coordination.

Support HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Specialist with hiring and onboarding activities such as and not limited to: opening job postings, job requisition management, screening applications, scheduling interviews by working with Workforce Management (WFM) and reserving HR conference rooms, ensuring Hiring Manager is in the office and available on the Associate’s first day, taking new hire badge photos, collecting and tracking signed HR forms s...
