Required Profile - 10+ years hands on HR experience working for international and regional companies
- Must have oil and gas, industrial, manufacturing, engineering related background
- Must have professional HR leadership experience in the UAE.
- Familiarity with UAE labour laws.
- Blue collar worker experience - handling mass scale recruitment campaigns, handling accommodation, transportation for workers.
- Fluent in English language - verbal and written
