Responsibility
. Management of daily operations of HR personnel administrative matters
. Responsible for the delivery of efficient and accurate HR Admin processes
. Collecting, storing and managing important documentation in both electronic and hard copy format
. Preparation of employee documentation inclusive but not limited to employment contracts, employee settlement and offers of employment
. Tracking all matters pertaining to employee's salary
. Enforcing compliance with HR policies, procedures and processes
. Maintaining up-to-date procedure manuals for all HR Administration duties
. Up-to-date on all government/employment act clauses and relay the necessary to staff
. Liaison with finance dept for salary & grant related matters
. Implementation of best HR practices
