• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent courses
• At least 4-5 years of experience in HR business partnering
• Must have experience in a multinational or large-scale manufacturing industry.
• Must be residing or has relatives in Danao City, Cebu or nearby municipalities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
