We’re looking for an experienced HR Manager to play a key role in shaping our people strategy, building HR systems, driving talent acquisition, and creating a high-performance culture in a growing organization.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of HR experience.
- At least 3 years in an HR Manager or Senior HR leadership role.
- Strong experience in Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and HR Operations.
- Proven ability to build HR systems and processes from scratch.
- Solid knowledge of Egyptian labor law and compliance.
- Fluent English and Arabic communication skills.
- SHRM or HRCI certifications are a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across all business functions.
- Build and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
- Design and drive performance management frameworks and employee development plans.
