Responsibilities


+ Manage full cycle HR functions within the Harrisburg distribution center, including high-volume recruitment, employee engagement, training, and development.

+ Conduct new employee orientations and manage benefits administration, safety protocols in partnership with operations.

+ Handle workers' compensation and unemployment claim management, employee relations, and maintain accurate timekeeping records.

+ Partner with the operations management team to ensure consistent application of policies and procedures.

+ Support employee activities, audit timekeeping, and oversee compliance with employment laws at the federal and state levels.

+ Navigate complex issues such as leaves, FMLA, ADA, and manage case resolutions effectively.
