**Job Description:**

**What You’ll Be Doing:**

+ Delivering first-tier HR consultation to managers and employees on a broad spectrum of HR programs and initiatives supporting HR best practices, workforce planning, global mobility & immigration, succession management, talent acquisition, and retention.
+ Providing input on the configuration, deployment, content development/maintenance of systems supporting HR Solutions delivery tools or systems.
+ Managing specialized HR programs, projects or solutions, including, but not limited to, Communication and Change Management, HR Process and Project Management, Global Mobility, M&A, and HR Policy and Compliance, and other programs that support HR's overall global program approach.
+ Manage relationships with third-party vendors.
+ Exercising complete autonomy and decision-making as it relates to daily responsibilities and all assigned projects.
