We are looking for an HR Manager to lead and drive the people strategy at country level within a dynamic industrial and/or logistics environment .
This role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on execution , acting as a key member of the local management team and ensuring alignment between business priorities and global HR frameworks.
Working model: Primarily on‑site, with 1 day of remote work per week
