Manage and oversee the HR Department. Monitoring onboarding procedures for new employees, managing time-off requests, handling employee conflict, and ensure that the company complies with all the relevant workplace regulations and laws.Develop employee policies that cultivate a positive work environment and train staff on how to incorporate these policies into their daily tasks.

• Bachelor Degree in HRM or similar
• At least 5 years experience as a Human Resources Manager
• 5 years strong IRexperience which must include experience in aunionized environment
