ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently seeking an experienced Labor Management Manager to join our team in Brazil. As Labor Management Manager you will take full accountability for managing end-to-end business needs such as labor demand, recruitment, management, and termination in the performance region, including establishing and optimizing labor cost models, managing supplier data, and coordinating with the company's employment system regarding the ECO process.

Responsibilities

• Fully responsible for the end-to-end business demands such as labor demand, recruitment, management, and elimination in this performance region
• The end-to-end system/cost/accounting/statistics/etc. for undertaking employment
• Establish and optimize a continuous analysis and optimization of the labor cost model
• ECO related docking of the company's employment system
