Key Responsibilities:
BPO Recruitment:
Manage the complete recruitment cycle for call center, ensuring timely hiring based on business needs.
Talent Sourcing:
Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, referrals, and direct outreach.
Multi-position Hiring:
Handle multiple open roles across various departments.
Candidate Screening:
Conduct interviews, shortlisting, and initial assessments to identify the right fit for each position.
HR Operations:
Assist in onboarding, maintaining employee records, and coordinating with departments for staffing needs.
