Your new role

As HR Manager (Part-Time), you will take ownership of a broad, hands-on generalist remit. This is a standalone role day to day, with close stakeholder support on site, balancing operational HR delivery with the opportunity to improve and embed core processes.
You will partner with leaders across Operations, Production, Technical and Finance to build a high-performing, engaged workforce, bringing calm, practical judgement in a changing environment.
