Key Responsibilities:
HRIS Implementation and Management
β Oversee the implementation, configuration, and management of Keka HRIS to address
organizational needs.
β Ensure data accuracy and system integrity while leveraging HRIS for efficient workflows.
β Work with Keka support to resolve system issues promptly.
HR Operations
β Manage key HR operations, including:
β Payroll and benefits administration.
β Attendance and leave management.
β Employee onboarding and offboarding.
β Policy administration and compliance.
β Conflict resolution and grievance management.
Performance Management and Appraisals
β Design and execute an effective performance management system using Keka HRIS.
β Facilitate goal-setting, periodic reviews, and appraisals to support employee growth and
alignment with organizational objectives.
