HR Manager - Required for our client based in Antrim
 Mon - Frid 
Salary £25-£28K depending on experience
Temp to Perm Role
Our client is a leading designer and supplier of bespoke, innovative architectural aluminium window, door, and curtain wall systems. The company operates daily dispatches to the UK and Ireland from its three-acre manufacturing and distribution headquarters in Antrim. The company is ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality and environmentally certified.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, and induction process.
Act as the main point of contact for employee queries and concerns
Handle disciplinary procedures, grievances, and conflict resolution
