Position Overview

Manage HRIS and workforce data  by ensuring accurate records, system optimization, and data-driven HR process improvements and innovations. 
Lead HR process transformation initiatives  to enhance operational efficiency, employee experience, and compliance. 
Oversee financial and budget management  by supporting OCSI financial requirements and managing VC budget planning and cost controls. 
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory standards  through regular audits and documentation reviews. 
Drive internal and external audit readiness  by maintaining proper records, implementing controls, and addressing compliance gaps proactively.
