Job Description
The HR Manager will serve as a strategic partner to plant leadership and employees, leading all aspects of human resources management at the facility. This role is responsible for fostering a high-performance culture through talent development, employee engagement, labor relations, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
ββ’ Provide guidance on HR policies and programs to support business goals
ββ’ Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning
ββ’ Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and investigations
ββ’ Manage union interactions and compliance with collective bargaining agreements (if applicable)
ββ’ Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
ββ’ Coordinate training and development programs
ββ’ Track and analyze HR metrics
